• Design, implement, and maintain security controls that protect systems, networks, and data
• Assess security risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Support security compliance initiatives and regulatory requirements
• Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, threats, and suspicious activity
• Participate in incident response, investigation, and recovery efforts
• Perform security assessments, audits, and risk analyses
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate security throughout the system lifecycle
• Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and procedures
• Evaluate emerging threats and recommend improvements to security posture
• Promote security awareness and best practices across project teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, information assurance, or risk management activities
• Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and industry best practices
• Familiarity with security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Security+, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar certifications may be preferred for some opportunities

Work authorization/security clearance requirements

• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
