Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) Developer

The Data Governance Tools organization is seeking a highly motivated Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) Developer to support the design, development, implementation, and administration of enterprise data quality solutions. This role will partner closely with Data Governance, Data Management, Technology, Business Stakeholders, and Data Stewards to improve data quality, strengthen governance practices, and enable trusted data across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing data quality rules, profiling critical data elements, implementing monitoring controls, supporting cloud modernization initiatives, and ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance standards.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) mappings, rule specifications, and scorecards.
• Partner with business and data governance teams to define, document, and implement data quality requirements.
• Configure and support data profiling, data validation, standardization, matching, and monitoring capabilities.
• Develop automated data quality controls and exception management processes.
• Analyze data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and partner with technology teams to implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain data quality dashboards, metrics, and reporting for management and governance stakeholders.
• Support data governance initiatives including Critical Data Element (CDE) management, data ownership, and stewardship activities.
• Collaborate with Data Governance teams to ensure alignment with enterprise policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support migration initiatives from legacy Informatica platforms to cloud-based data governance and quality solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and release activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support artifacts.
• Work closely with application, database, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot data quality processing issues and production incidents.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing data quality solutions using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), or related platforms.
• Experience developing data profiling, validation, cleansing, matching, and standardization solutions.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or cloud data platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, data lineage, and data stewardship concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC).
• Experience supporting enterprise data governance programs and data inventory initiatives.
• Knowledge of Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with cloud platforms including GCP, Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Background supporting audit, risk, compliance, or regulatory initiatives within financial services.
• Informatica certification in CDQ, CDGC, or related technologies.
• Experience working with APIs.
