responsible for defining and executing the Group-wide strategy for service orchestration, operational automation and service technology integration across all Cellnex countries.You will ensure alignment, governance and industrialization of operational technology initiatives, maximizing reuse, synergies and scalability across countries.Acting as the central coordination point for automation and orchestration programs, you will drive the adoption of common architectures, operational standards and shared capabilities that improve operational efficiency, service quality and digital transformation outcomes across the Group.What You’ll DoStrategy & GovernanceDefine and maintain the Group strategy for Service Technology Integration, orchestration and operational automation.Establish and govern the Service Technology Integration roadmap across all countries.Define common governance frameworks, standards and KPIs for orchestration and automation initiatives.Ensure alignment of country initiatives with Group technology, operational and digital transformation strategies.Act as the Group authority for OSS/BSS integration, service orchestration and operational automation governance.Cross-Country LeadershipCoordinate and oversee automation and orchestration initiatives across all Cellnex countries.Identify, prioritize and promote reuse opportunities between countries.Facilitate cross-country collaboration and knowledge sharing on operational technology capabilities.Drive the adoption of successful solutions across multiple markets.Ensure consistency of operational technology architectures and integration models throughout the Group.Portfolio & Transformation ManagementMaintain a consolidated portfolio of operational automation and orchestration initiatives.Assess business cases, benefits and scalability potential of country-led initiatives.Prioritize investments and resources based on business value and Group strategy.Monitor delivery progress, benefits realization and operational impact.Drive industrialization of successful pilots and proof-of-concepts into Group-wide capabilities.Enterprise Integration & Digital OperationsDefine the target operating model for service orchestration and operational automation.Drive convergence of OSS, BSS, Network, IT and Data platforms where beneficial.Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture, Data, AI and Automation strategies.Promote API-first, event-driven and reusable integration architectures.Vendor & Ecosystem ManagementLead strategic relationships with key vendors and technology partners.Drive technology selection and standardization decisions at Group level.Evaluate emerging technologies related to orchestration, automation, observability and AI-driven operations.Value RealizationDefine and monitor operational efficiency targets and automation KPIs.Measure savings, productivity gains and quality improvements delivered by initiatives.Ensure initiatives contribute to strategic objectives such as:Reduction of manual activities.Reduction of operational costs.Improvement of service quality.Faster provisioning and assurance processes.Increased operational scalability.Automation & Orchestration Center of ExcellenceEstablish and lead the Group Automation & Orchestration Centre of Excellence.Maintain a catalogue of reusable automation assets, orchestration capabilities and best practices.Promote standardization and reuse across countries.Accelerate deployment of proven solutions across the Cellnex footprint.Drive continuous improvement through shared methodologies, frameworks and governance mechanisms.What We’re Looking ForEducationDegree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science or a related
