Infrastructure Operations Engineer Por favor, verifique que tiene el nivel de experiencia y las cualificaciones adecuadas leyendo la descripción completa de esta oportunidad a continuación.Summary Location: Barcelona (Hybrid) OR Poland (Remote) Day Rate: Negotiable Duration: 6 Months Availability: ASAP Key Duties: - Operate and manage a hybrid global production infrastructure ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of customer-facing services.- Take end-to-end ownership of incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.- Troubleshoot complex cross-platform infrastructure issues across compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud environments.- Identify, develop, and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve consistency (Infrastructure as Code, scripting, tooling).- Ensure compliance with governance and security standards including ISO *****-related controls.- Maintain accurate documentation and runbooks to support operational readiness and knowledge sharing.Operational Characteristics: - Strong ownership mindset with accountability for service outcomes, not just tasks.- Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, always-on production environment.- Data-driven approach to operations, using metrics and KPIs to guide decisions and improvements.- Continuous improvement mindset focused on automation, simplification, and standardization.- Clear communicator during incidents and when coordinating across teams.What we are looking for Required Experience: - 3 years of hands-on experience in on premises DC infrastructure/platform operations roles.- Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux/Windows systems, virtualization, containers (Docker/Kubernetes).- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).- Strong experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining on-premises enterprise infrastructure.- Proven experience working in measurable operations environments (SLAs, KPIs, incident management).- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).xsgfvud - 3 years of hands-on experience in on premises DC infrastructure/platform operations roles.- ITIL - Docker/Kubernetes
