Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the development of fully native mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experienceCollaborate with the Engineering Manager and team to evaluate technical decisions, risks, and architectureAct as a technical evangelist, mentoring and coaching junior engineersDevelop well-structured, scalable, and well-tested code for iOS apps and backend orchestration servicesDrive innovation within the team and contribute to technical initiativesWork closely with senior engineers across teams to maintain a compelling mobile offeringPromote engineering best practices including quality, testing, and collaboration Mandatory requirements:Proven experience delivering high-quality native iOS applications at scaleStrong programming skills in Swift and deep knowledge of the iOS ecosystemExpertise with modern iOS development tools: Git, Xcode, XCTest, XCUITest, JenkinsSolid understanding of iOS platform capabilities in enterprise environmentsExperience mentoring or guiding junior engineersStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsPassion for quality, applying practices such as Pair Programming, TDD, and BDDInterest in cloud technologies, especially AWSEnglish C1 Nice to have:Hands-on experience with AWS/cloud environmentsExperience working in complex or regulated environmentsStrong problem-solving mindset focused on real-world challengesCuriosity and willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks ¿What can we offer?-?? 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!-??
