Staff Technical Data Architect, Integrations

Experteer Overview In this role you will own the technical architecture of Lighthouse’s data integrations, shaping end-to-end data domains from hospitality data sources.You will work across multiple engineering teams to design scalable pipelines and a unified data model that powers product insights for hotels worldwide.You’ll embed AI thinking into architecture, driving high-quality, future-proof systems at scale.This is a high-impact position with global reach and a strong emphasis on excellence and collaboration.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Own the data systems and pipelines architecture powering Lighthouse products * Translate requirements into scalable data ingestion and processing across third-party sources * Map current and future architectures to meet product and data needs * Collaborate with architects and product teams to raise architecture maturity * Dive into code, tooling, cloud resources, and monitoring to ensure data quality and reliability * Define and promote standards and best practices for data engineering at scale * Serve as a technical authority for data engineers and foster excellence * Embed AI strategy in integration architecture and pilot AI initiatives across pipelines Responsabilidades * Hands-on data engineering background with ETL/ELT, pipelines, transformations, and data modeling * Proven experience as a data architect across cloud systems and multiple teams * Experience in data integration paradigms (robust connectors, ingestion patterns, schema drift, backfill, replay, idempotency) * Ability to design future-proof architectures in a fast-moving environment * Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management * Ability to break down large projects into scoped technical initiatives * Strong knowledge of data cloud technologies and services (GCP, BigQuery, Spanner, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) * Proficiency in Python for large-scale data processing * Forward-thinking about AI as part of modern architecture; hands-on with AI tools and workflows * Fluency in English with excellent communication Requisitos principales * Flexible time off * Alan Flex benefits: 160/month for food or nursery * Flexible retribution via tax-free payroll deductions * Wellbeing support: ClassPass * Comprehensive health insurance for you and dependents * Impactful work affecting 85,000+ users
