5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator in enterprise environments. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB and MariaDB. Experience with database installation, configuration, monitoring, backup and recovery. Knowledge of performance tuning, capacity management and database optimization. Experience supporting high availability, replication and disaster recovery solutions. Familiarity with security, compliance and database governance best practices.
