Job Title: Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer (Azure / OCI)Es esencial asegurarse de que cumple con los requisitos como solicitante para este puesto; por favor, lea atentamente la información a continuación.Location: Nearshore (EU & UK) Contract Type: Day Rate Contract (6-month Contract) Strong Daily Rate Start Date: ASAP (Two Interview Stage Process) Overview: PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide technical or operational support across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.This role is ideal for candidates with cloud certifications, strong infrastructure support experience, and a passion for cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise infrastructure services.Key Responsibilities: Provide technical or operational support for Azure and/or OCI cloud environments.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID.Administer and support Windows Server, hybrid cloud infrastructure, Intune, and SCCM/MECM environments.Monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and support operational activities following ITIL practices.Assist with PowerShell automation, backup, disaster recovery, security, and access governance.Support VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and SAN storage environments.Contribute to cloud migration, transformation, and modernization projects.Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer and stakeholder support.Must-Have Skills & Experience: 3 - 6 years’ experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Operational Support roles.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Mandatory cloud certification: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher, and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate or higher.Experience supporting large enterprise Windows environments.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Networking, and Hybrid Cloud.Good English communication and customer service skills.Experience within regulated or government environments is advantageous.Please note no visa sponsorship for this role PFH Technology, owned by Ricoh - a Japanese based global ICT company, is a premier provider of end-to-end ICT solutions and a managed services portfolio scaling from SMEs to large Enterprise organisations.We have unrivalled vendor relationships.We can procure, design, deploy and support all your ICT needs.Our ISO certified CustodianTM Cloud Services and CustodianTM Managed Services provide the technology and expertise to mitigate risk and reduce your costs immediately.We have a nationwide network of over 750 dedicated professionals, ready to meet your ICT needs, with offices in Dublin, Cork and Galway.xbhjioe Hay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.

Must-Have Skills & Experience: 3 - 6 years’ experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Operational Support roles.
