Hybrid Software Administrator (Permanent)

We’re Hiring - Senior M365 Administrator At Degetel , a human-sized IT consultancy firm, we empower professionals through meaningful, high-impact missions. We’re currently looking for a M365 Administrator to join one of our key client projects. Your mission: Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune. Manage user accounts, licenses, and group policies through Azure Active Directory and the Microsoft 365 admin center. Configure and support security policies, data loss prevention, and compliance framework within Microsoft 365. Support onboarding, migration, and hybrid environments (on-premises to cloud). Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve Microsoft 365-related issues. What you bring: Min. 7 years of significative experience (M365 Administrator) Microsoft certification(s) is a plus Technical expertise : -Microsoft 365 ecosystem -Exchange Online -Teams -SharePoint Online -Azure AD -Powershell -Microsoft security and compliance -Identity and device management via Intune / AD environments ~ Fluent in English + Dutch or French Long-term mission | Freelance or Permanent Contract Want to learn more ?
