Servion is seeking a Telecom Business Analyst to manage our client’s telecom asset inventory as part of our Managed Services organization.Based in Madrid, Spain this role sits at the intersection of business analysis and telecom operations - ensuring alignment with client and stakeholder objectives across Europe-Middle East-Africa countries.The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Telecom Program Manager and will work with our client’s Telecom/IT resources on an ongoing basis.Develop and manage overall toll-free and telecom asset inventory as it applies to the client’s CCaaS contact center environments in your EMEA geographic region.Telecom asset inventory reports and regular work with our client’s Telecom/IT resources and leadership is required.Gather, document, and audit existing telecom asset inventory across multiple regional carriers.Identify inefficiencies within telecom assets and operations, and recommend/lead initiatives to optimize cost structures, and service quality.Act as the primary liaison to Servion’s delivery team leads, as well as to client business stakeholders, technical teams, and organizations to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines.Support telecom expense management (TEM), inventory, and asset lifecycle.Experience with the Calero telecom management platform is an asset.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related field.~7+ years of experience in similar roles as telecom analyst / asset.~ Strong command of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and supporting tools (e.G., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).~ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work independently in a contract capacity while integrating closely with client and internal teams.Experience using Calero telecom management software is an asset.PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program/project management certification.Background in telecom expense management (TEM), OSS/BSS systems, or carrier services.
Requirements
Experience with the Calero telecom management platform is an asset. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related field. ~7+ years of experience in similar roles as telecom analyst / asset. ~ Strong command of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and supporting tools (e.G., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet). ~ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
