Location:SpainType of role:Non-Executive Board MemberAbout the roleNebeus is looking to appoint an experiencedNon-Executive Board Memberwith a strong background inTechnology, Information Security and IT Governanceto join its Board of Directors.This is a Board position only.It is not an operational or executive role!ProfileWe are looking for a highly experienced senior executive with a proven track record in one or more of the following positions:Chief Technology Officer (CTO)Chief Information Officer (CIO)Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)Technology DirectorSenior IT or Cybersecurity ExecutiveRequirements7+ years of senior leadership experience in technology and/or information security.Extensive knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, operational resilience and technology risk management.Experience working within regulated financial institutions, fintech, banking or digital assets is highly desirable.Previous Board or Board Committee experience would be an advantage.Strong understanding of corporate governance and strategic decision-making.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic guidance to the Board on technology and cybersecurity matters.Challenge and oversee technology-related risks from a governance perspective.Support the Board in ensuring robust technology governance and operational resilience.Participate in Board meetings and contribute to key strategic decisions.
