12-Month FTCSi los siguientes requisitos del puesto y la experiencia coinciden con sus habilidades, por favor, asegúrese de enviar su solicitud sin demora.Location: Madrid (minimum 3 days per week onsite)Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term ContractLanguages: Fluent Spanish and EnglishWe are supporting a major organisation seeking an experienced Workday Financials Project Manager to lead the next phase of a large-scale finance transformation programme.This role will focus on Workday Financials optimisation, localisation, change management, and complex integrations with external and enterprise systems.We are looking for a hands-on delivery leader who can manage challenging stakeholder groups, drive accountability, build consensus, and ensure successful delivery across multiple business and technology workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Workday Financials optimisation, enhancement, and integration initiativesDrive stakeholder alignment across Finance, Technology, Operations, HR, and external partnersManage programme governance, planning, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestonesLead change management, business readiness, and user adoption activitiesCoordinate internal teams, vendors, and implementation partnersProvide regular updates to senior leadership and steering committeesRequired ExperienceProven localisation delivery experience with Workday Financials programmes or projects in Spain and wider European countriesStrong background in finance transformation and post-implementation optimisationExperience delivering complex integrations between Workday and external systemsExcellent project and programme management skillsExceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience navigating complex environmentsStrong change management and business adoption experienceExperience within financial services, insurance, banking, or other regulated sectorsFluent Spanish and English.Ideal CandidateHands-on project leader with a track record of delivering complex transformation programmes.Strong communicator who can bring stakeholders onside and drive decisions.Comfortable operating in fast-paced, politically complex environments.Able to challenge constructively and hold teams accountable for delivery.xbhjioeIf you’re based in Madrid and have proven experience of delivering Finance Transformation and ERP projects in a project management capacity, please apply now.Fluent Spanish and English skills are essential.

Proven localisation delivery experience with Workday Financials programmes or projects in Spain and wider European countries Strong background in finance transformation and post-implementation optimisation Experience delivering complex integrations between Workday and external systems Excellent project and programme management skills Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience navigating complex environments Strong change management and business adoption experience Experience within financial services, insurance, banking, or other regulated sectors Fluent Spanish and English.
