  • Implementation und Einführung von SMAX (OpenText)
  • Durchführung manueller Tests sowie Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von SMAX (OpenText)
  • Qualitätssicherung von ITSM-Lösungen mit Fokus auf SMAX (OpenText)

Requirements

  • Selbstständige:r Unternehmer:in mit bereits bestehendem Unternehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
  • ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level (Pflicht)
  • Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT innerhalb der letzten 8 Jahre
  • Davon mindestens 4 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Software-Testing
  • Tiefgehendes ITSM-Know-how (MUSS)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Testmanagement-Tools, Testmethoden sowie im Software-Development-Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis von Testumgebungen
  • Sehr gute Tool-Kenntnisse in SMAX von OpenText stark erforderlich bzw. hoch relevant
