Job description

  • Leitung und Koordination der Implementierung von SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Steuerung des Systemumbaus im SAP-HCM-Umfeld
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partner:innen zur Weiterentwicklung der HR-Systemlandschaft
  • Mitarbeit im Kernteam einer konzernweiten HR-Transformation
  • Projektplanung, Controlling und Reporting
  • Analyse von Projektdaten und Ableitung von Steuerungsmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung professioneller Projektmanagementmethoden

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im IT- oder HR-Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Softwareimplementierungsprojekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central und SAP HCM
  • Erfahrung im HR-Umfeld, insbesondere Stammdatenprozesse und Systemmigrationen
  • Erfahrung in Konzernstrukturen mit komplexen Stakeholdern
  • Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement (IPMA, PMI, Prince2 von Vorteil)
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung
