We, softwareXperts, are looking for qualified IT experts with a wide range of know-how for our customers from various industries. Vienna Fulltime 1x / week on site

Must haves

Your Tasks

Provide third-level support and management for all internal systems
Maintain the network for around 350 workstations
Install PCs and set up workstations
Manage software updates within the internal office network
Handle network cabling tasks

Requirements

Technical training and experience
Expertise in Windows client and server environments
Strong understanding of hardware and networking concepts
Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO)
Familiarity with storage solutions, SharePoint, Endpoint Configuration Manager, MS SQL Server, VMware, Hyper-V, as well as Linux, MacOS, and iOS is beneficial
Strong skills in teamwork, commitment, and dependability
Analytical thinker with an independent work style and attention to accuracy
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Proficient in English
