Job description

About Corilus

Corilus is the leading provider of digital solutions for healthcare professionals in Belgium, with over 30 years of experience building software for doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and care coordinators. Today, we serve more than 70,000 healthcare professionals.

We are now at an inflection point. Following the acquisition of Sofia Dévelopement in France and backed by PSG and Rivean Capital, we are consolidating our portfolio into a unified, AI-native platform that will redefine clinical software across Belgium and France.

We are looking for builders - people who see the gap between what healthcare software is today and what it could be, and who want to close it.

About the Role

At Corilus, we believe technology only creates real value when it is combined with strong collaboration and a relentless focus on quality. As a Software Engineer Node.js / TypeScript, you will contribute to building impactful solutions used by healthcare professionals. You will work across the full stack, taking ownership of features from the user interface through backend services and databases, while working closely with product stakeholders and fellow engineers.

Challenge

  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.

  • Build modern, scalable applications on AWS , with a strong focus on serverless architecture and Lambda.

  • Develop user-facing features using a modern frontend framework such as Angular.

  • Own features end-to-end, from UI and backend logic to database integration.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate healthcare needs into effective technical solutions.

  • Work in an Agile environment and contribute to technical discussions, code quality, and continuous improvement.

  • Stay curious and adapt to new technologies as Corilus continues to evolve its technical landscape.

Profile

  • 2–5 years of professional Full Stack software engineering experience.

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.

  • Practical experience building applications on AWS , preferably with Serverless/Lambda.

  • Professional experience with a modern frontend framework, such as Angular.

  • Experience developing features across both frontend and backend.

  • Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.

  • Interest in or exposure to Java and React is a strong plus.

  • Comfortable communicating in English (French is a plus).

  • Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

What we offer

  • A challenging role within an experienced, innovative, and dynamic team.

  • The opportunity to work with modern Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, Serverless, and frontend technologies.

  • Plenty of learning opportunities as we continuously evolve our technology and products.

  • An attractive salary package aligned with your experience and responsibilities, including a company car fuel card, hospitalization insurance, group insurance, and additional ambulatory care insurance.

  • A solid training plan complemented by the Corilus Employee College.

  • Hybrid working, combining flexibility from home with collaboration at the office.
