Job description
Integration Architect/API Architect Tasks Advise clients on selecting and deploying integration and API management platforms (e.g., Kong, Apigee, MuleSoft, Gravitee) and define end-to-end integration architectures (API-first, microservices, cloud-native, event-driven) Design and implement event-driven and asynchronous integrations using technologies such as Kafka / Pub/Sub / EventBridge, including A2A automation via lightweight APIs and workflow engines Modernize legacy integrations (SFTP, ETL, monolithic brokers) into scalable, resilient API/event-based solutions, delivering migration approaches and target-state designs Operate and improve platforms in hybrid/cloud environments, ensuring security, reliability, scalability, and implementing CI/CD + GitOps, observability, and SLA/SLO standards Establish API governance and best practices, track global API/integration KPIs (usage, performance, adoption, cost), and leverage AI/agentic tools (incl. MCP) to automate discovery, documentation

testing, and contract validation Benefits Competitive compensation package Your learning never stops: we offer many training and upskilling opportunities Structured career progression: at Reply, we actively encourage professional development A start-up mindset: hands-on experience, flexibility, a dynamic work environment… and free coffee A diverse and stimulating environment: you’ll be surrounded by peers and enthusiasts who share your interest in technology Opportunities to take part in hackathons, coding challenges, and lab camps Qualifications At least 3 years’ experience as a Integration Architect/API Architect Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field Strong expertise in API architectures, integration patterns, and distributed systems, with hands-on proficiency in API management/gateway platforms (e.g., Kong, Apigee, MuleSoft, Azure APIM) Solid command of modern integration technologies: REST, GraphQL, gRPC, AsyncAPI, and messaging/event platforms (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub) Proven experience delivering cloud-native integration on AWS/Azure/GCP, using CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm), Kubernetes, and DevOps/SRE practices to ensure reliability, security, and scalability Preferred: experience modernizing legacy integrations toward API/event-driven and A2A automation, plus exposure to MCP/agentic or AI-assisted integration and Agile/Scrum environments Reply Reply specialises in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media.
