  • Technische Schnittstelle zwischen Support und Entwicklung
  • Analyse und LĂśsung komplexer Softwareprobleme
  • Debugging, Log-Analysen und Bug-Reporting
  • Steuerung von Eskalationen und Kundenanfragen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und internationalen Teams

Must haves

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (mindestens Bachelor), vorzugsweise mit Masterabschluss, in einem relevanten Fachgebiet
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im 3rd-Level-Support von B2B-SoftwarelĂśsungen
  • Sehr starke Troubleshooting- und Analysefähigkeiten (Reproduktion und Ursachenanalyse komplexer Bugs)
  • Erfahrung mit Debugging und Log-Analysen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in C# und C++
  • Verständnis von Software-Architekturen, Schnittstellen und Datenbanken
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke gegenĂźber Entwicklungsteams und Kunden
