Job description

  • Design, develop and code solutions that meet project and business requirements
  • Break down complex problems into manageable steps and think critically about solutions
  • Review code written by other developers and provide constructive feedback
  • Produce clear technical documentation for internal and external audiences
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including stand-ups and sprint reviews
  • Translate non-technical business requirements into clear, concise technical specifications
  • Understand cloud architecture and business processes, and how these are implemented at code level

  • Support, We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, global organisation with a strong UK presence for a Systems Developer to join our IT team. This is a permanent, full-time role based in the East Midlands, UK, with one day per week on site. Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of Azure Development and Azure Integration Services, including Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps and API Management
  • Experience with Bicep for Azure infrastructure-as-code
  • A keen eye for detail and strong time management, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • A passion for technology and willingness to learn new languages, frameworks and tools as the field evolves
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • A genuine interest in understanding business needs and putting them first
