Job description

This role is best suited for a hands-on developer who is comfortable supporting platform operations. The position will begin with a focus on administrative tasks and L3 production support, but is expected to evolve into development and automation engineering work.

This is a developer-first role, not an admin role. The right candidate will already have hands-on development experience and be willing to support administrative work as part of the platform team.

Responsibilities:

Provide L3 production support for ServiceNow issues

Administer:

User access

Group creation and management

Follow SOPs for platform operations

Troubleshoot issues across:

Workflows

Catalog items

Permissions/access

Future Focus (Engineering Work):

Build and enhance:

Service Catalog request forms

Reports and dashboards

Develop and automate manual admin processes

Perform code reviews and platform enhancements

Work across:

Business Rules

UI Policies

Flow Designer
