REMOTE AI/BI Developer - LLM

We are seeking an experienced professional to charge towards the development of a new AI-driven project focused on our large enterprise clients overall internal user insights. Phase 1 involved building an intelligent chatbot capable of delivering real-time responses without requiring multiple data sources, while supporting enterprise-level applications. Now, the team is moving into Phase 2 which is integrating the chatbot into an enterprise wide platform., * AI Chatbot Development: Design and implement a chatbot using Python and AI tools such as Copilot, integrated with existing enterprise applications (C#, .NET, PowerApps).

• Discovery & Delivery: Drive initial discovery and deliver the first release by December, taking ownership from the current project stage through deployment.
• LLM Exploration: Investigate opportunities to create custom LLMs leveraging existing copilots, introducing new functionality and exposure to advanced AI techniques.
• Data Visualization: Utilize Power BI for visualization and reporting to enhance user insights.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work in a highly collaborative environment, ensuring timely delivery without waiting for every input. Maintain strong focus and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ability to work independently while fostering team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering impactful solutions.
• Adaptability to evolving technologies and enterprise requirements., * Experience: 5-8 years in software development or AI-related roles.
• Python, Copilot, Microsoft suite, PowerApps, PowerBI
• Experience creating LLM / Chatbots
• Supporting applications in C#, .NET
• Experience using Vertex AI and Gemini LLMs
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Masters in Technology preferred

• MS in Technology related field

Compensation: $50-65/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching.
