Job description

Client is looking for a technical data consultant focused on leveraging the DataRobot Agentic AI Platform to prepare data, develop machine learning models, and build automated machine learning (AutoML) pipelines. You will be responsible for building reusable data assets and APIs to facilitate enterprise AI use cases.

As a consultant within the organization, aligned to consulting service delivery, you will

provide consultative business and technical delivery services for a range of complex customer-facing consulting engagements. Specifically, you will be part of project deploying,

administering, and configuring AI software stacks, with a core focus on the DataRobot

ecosystem.

As a member of the services delivery team, you will work alongside Client Consultants to earn the customer s trust through competence, technical acumen, consulting expertise, and partnership. This position requires a dynamic individual with expert customer-facing skills and the ability to guide customers through technical processes and ideas.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in the end-to-end DataRobot lifecycle, Agentic AI, data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment.
  • 10+ years working with customers in Data Analytics, Big Data, and Data Warehousing fields.
  • 5+ years building data pipelines for large customers, with at least 2+ years of specific experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and MLOps principles. Must have experience with model monitoring, retraining, and drift detection within DataRobot.
  • Proven experience building robust ETL/ELT pipelines and integrating diverse data sources into the DataRobot platform.
  • Expert ability to plan, organize, and drive customer workshops. Good communication skills in English are a must.
  • Ability to work in a highly efficient team using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Ability to hold extended pairing sessions with customers, enabling knowledge transfers in complex AI domains.
  • Experience working on project teams within a defined methodology while adhering to margin, planning and SOW requirements.
  • Ability to be onsite during customer workshops and enablement sessions.

Desirable Requirements and Skills:

  • Knowledge of industry widespread AI Studios and AI Workbenches and Agentic AI paradigm is a plus.
  • Possession of relevant DataRobot certifications (e.g., DataRobot Certified Data Scientist, DataRobot Certified Machine Learning Engineer).
  • Working knowledge of cloud-native AI services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with integrating DataRobot with external RAG solutions and vector databases.
  • Experience using Lean and Iterative Deployment Methodologies.
  • University Degree aligned to Data Science or Data Engineering is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes is a plus.
