Job description

Provide production and post-go-live support for SAP systems.
Perform troubleshooting to resolve system and business process issues.
Interface directly with business stakeholders, including directors and executives, to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Support day-to-day operations and assist with systems integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
Ensure functional and business process knowledge is applied to support a multi-instance SAP landscape.

Requirements

8+ years of SAP functional experience.
Demonstrated experience in production support and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of SAP functional and business processes.
Experience interfacing directly with business stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Strong client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with multi-instance SAP landscapes.
Experience with SAP integration architecture.
Prior involvement in SAP M&A or systems integration projects.
