Business Intelligence / Data Visualization Developer

Infotrend is seeking a Business Intelligence / Data Visualization Developer to support a federal customer onsite in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for a hands-on BI professional with strong experience in Tableau development and administration, PostgreSQL/SQL, and Python-based reporting automation, with additional exposure to reusable datasets, automated reporting, and modernization of legacy BI environments. Federal government experience is strongly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus. (Relevant experience may substitute).
• Hands-on experience with Tableau development and administration, including dashboard, report, and data visualization development.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Experience using Python for report automation and scripting.
• Experience supporting and maintaining Tableau environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience building reusable/curated datasets.
• Experience developing automated reports.
• Experience migrating from legacy tools, such as SAS, to modern BI platforms.
• DHS/ ICE/ CBP data experience.
• Federal Government experience.

The salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $165,000 annually. The exact salary offered will depend on your qualifications, experience, and alignment with the responsibilities of the role.
