Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Lead the design, development, and delivery of production-grade machine learning (ML) systems for a major casino industry client.

• Provide technical leadership (Lead/Principal/Senior level) in applied AI and ML projects, with at least 8+ years of hands-on ML experience and 3+ years in a senior technical role.
• Build, deploy, and optimize real-time inference architectures and ML solutions at scale.
• Architect and implement recommendation systems, personalization engines, predictive analytics solutions, and customer intelligence platforms.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to create ML-ready datasets and data pipelines.
• Oversee feature engineering and manage the full ML lifecycle.
• Utilize advanced ML tools and frameworks including Python, Databricks, MLflow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Apply knowledge of MLOps, Generative AI, and agentic AI architectures to support enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
• Leverage experience with customer data platforms, identity graphs, and real-time recommendation platforms.
