Job description

Seeking two Informatica MDM Developers to support a public-sector client, Dallas County, on its Disease Investigation and Surveillance platform. The MDM Developers will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, and supporting Informatica Master Data Management solutions across key data domains. The role will work closely with the MDM Lead Developer, integration teams, and other technology stakeholders to ensure high-quality master data and reliable integration with connected enterprise systems. A key component of this engagement will be supporting the transition from the incumbent partner by documenting MDM architecture, processes, runbooks, and technical knowledge., Develop, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM Hub solutions for Address, Doctor, and Base Entity domains. Build and maintain MDM matching rules, merge rules, trust configurations, cleanse functions, and related configurations. Develop and support data integration flows between Informatica MDM and connected systems, including MuleSoft, Salesforce, and Snowflake. Troubleshoot MDM and integration issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve defects. Perform unit testing and support system/integration testing as required. Document development activities, configurations, technical solutions, and sprint deliverables. Collaborate with the MDM Lead Developer and project team in an Agile/Sprint-based delivery environment. Participate in knowledge-transfer activities with the incumbent partner. Co-document MDM architecture, operational runbooks, processes, and technical knowledge to support a smooth transition. Requirements

2+ years of hands-on Informatica MDM development experience. Strong experience with Informatica MDM Hub configuration, matching, merging, and master data management concepts. Experience developing or supporting integrations between Informatica MDM and MuleSoft, or equivalent enterprise integration platforms. Hands-on experience with MDM matching rules, merge rules, trust configurations, and data cleansing. Experience with unit testing, defect resolution, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative consulting environment. Strong communication and documentation skills. Willingness and ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX, either regularly or for approximately one week per month, as required. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Salesforce data models and MDM-to-CRM data synchronization patterns. Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouse platforms. Previous consulting experience. Experience working with public-sector or enterprise data-management initiatives. Informatica MDM or Data Quality certification. Experience participating in knowledge-transfer or technology-transition engagements., The ideal candidate is a hands-on Informatica MDM Developer who can quickly understand an existing MDM environment, contribute to ongoing development, troubleshoot integration and data-quality issues, and effectively document technical knowledge. A consulting mindset, strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
