Job description

Support the development and optimisation of AI and machine learning models
Work with large datasets for analysis, preprocessing, and model training
Assist with the deployment and monitoring of AI applications
Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and data specialists
Contribute to backend development and API integrations
Research and test new AI frameworks and technologies
Ensure AI systems are developed responsibly, ethically, and with a strong focus on transparency and fairness
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and AI fundamentals
Understanding of software engineering best practices
Strong understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI development, and principled approaches to building trustworthy AI systems
Awareness of topics such as bias mitigation, model transparency, privacy, and fairness in AI applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies
Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or computer vision projects
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with Docker, APIs, or Git workflows
Familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
Internship, university project, or personal portfolio related to AI/ML
