The China - C++ Specs role involves developing high-performance software systems focused on market data exchange connectivity within a trading environment. The position demands a strong grasp of object-oriented programming and low latency, high frequency data processing to meet demanding performance and scalability goals., As a C++ Specs specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing complex market data exchange applications. You will work closely with infrastructure and trading teams to deliver scalable, low latency solutions that support both regional and global trading operations. Success in this role involves ensuring system performance and stability through effective coding and optimisation techniques., * Lead the design and development of high-performance market data exchange connectivity applications.

• Build and optimise software systems to process large data volumes with minimal latency.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, quantitative, project management, and strategy teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including performance tuning and stability enhancements.

• Lead the development of software applications using C++ on Linux.
• Manage multi-threading, sockets, and inter-process communication (IPC).
• Profile, tune, and optimise system performance for low latency and high throughput.
• Pay close attention to detail and possess thorough understanding of full life-cycle development and performance optimisation methodologies.
• Knowledge of financial products, exchange connectivity, and market data is a plus.

• Proficiency in Python., * Right to work in Asia.
• A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical or related discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience designing and developing object-oriented applications using C++ on Linux.
