Job description

AERMOR is seeking a Senior Test and Evaluation (T&E) Engineer to support developmental and operational testing of complex systems. The selected individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing test events, as well as supporting modeling and simulation (M&S) activities in support of government programs., * Develop and implement Integrated Evaluation Frameworks (IEF) to support test objectives

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute developmental and operational test events
  • Perform test data analysis and produce detailed reports with actionable recommendations
  • Develop Test Plans, Test Reports, and supporting technical documentation
  • Support Modeling & Simulation (M&S) activities, including development of Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) packages
  • Prepare M&S accreditation documentation, including Accreditation Letters
  • Apply analytical methodologies to evaluate system performance across multiple domains, including undersea, airborne, satellite, shipboard, expeditionary, IW, and mine warfare systems
  • Ensure compliance with DoD and Navy acquisition and testing policies (DoD 5000, OPNAVINST 5000.42, SECNAVINST 5000 series)
  • Brief test results, analysis findings, and operational impacts to stakeholders and senior decision-makers
  • Lead test teams and provide technical guidance to junior personnel

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of Test & Evaluation experience within the last 6 years, including test planning, execution, and analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in Electronic Warfare (EW), including knowledge of EW operations, systems, and mission applications.
  • Experience supporting Modeling & Simulation (M&S) activities and VV&A processes
  • Experience applying analytical methodologies to complex defense systems
  • Working knowledge of DoD 5000 series, OPNAVINST 5000.42, and SECNAVINST 5000 series
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to communicate analysis results effectively

Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000/yr Share, Invitation for Job Applicants to Self-Identify as a U.S. Veteran
