What Success Looks Like This is not a purely strategic, governance, or people-management role. What You’ll Do Design application, integration, data, security, and environment architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure. Lead technical delivery from discovery and design through implementation, go-live, and hypercare. Design and implement integrations using APIs, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and related technologies. Build prototypes, review code and configurations, and troubleshoot application, integration, deployment, security, and performance issues. Establish engineering and ALM standards, including source control, branching, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and deployment practices. Translate architecture into actionable requirements for developers and consultants while identifying technical risks and dependencies. Support Copilot, Power Platform, automation, and AI-enabled solutions with appropriate security and governance. Lead client technical discussions, architecture workshops, demonstrations, and technical deep dives. Support proposals, estimates, and delivery planning while mentoring developers and consultants.
