Job description_About the Role_We are seeking a Lead Front-End Developer Consultant to design, develop, and deliver modern web applications using React and related front-end technologies.Todas las habilidades, cualificaciones y experiencia relevantes que necesitará un candidato seleccionado se enumeran en la siguiente descripción.This role combines hands-on software development with contractor team leadership responsibilities.The consultant will serve as the lead front-end resource, driving technical excellence, establishing development standards, and ensuring high-quality delivery from contractor resources.The ideal candidate is an expert in React development, has experience building scalable and maintainable user interfaces, and is proficient in leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor to accelerate development, improve code quality, and increase team productivity.A day in this role_Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and related front-end technologies.Translate business requirements, user stories, and design specifications into scalable and maintainable solutions.Establish front-end architecture patterns, coding standards, and development best practices.Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and back-end engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and maintainability.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and engineering practices.Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Cursor and other coding assistants to accelerate software delivery.Establish best practices for AI-assisted software development, code generation, debugging, documentation, and testing.Mentor team members on effective and responsible use of AI-assisted development workflows.Ensure AI-generated code meets security, quality, maintainability, and architectural standards.Lead and coordinate front-end development activities performed by contractor resources.Assess contractor performance, technical capabilities, and quality of deliverables.Conduct technical evaluations and interviews for proposed contractor resources.Recommend staffing adjustments, resource substitutions, and skill alignment based on project needs and performance.Mentor and guide developers to improve technical quality and delivery consistency.Establish productivity, quality, and engineering standards for contractor teams.Serve as the primary point of contact for front-end technical delivery and resource effectiveness.Provide regular status reporting, risk assessments, and recommendations to project leadershipThe expertise requested_Experience with Next.js and modern React frameworks.Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.Experience working in cloud-native and microservices environments.Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.Experience managing consulting or contractor-based delivery teams.Experience evaluating technical talent and participating in staffing decisions.xqbhyrx Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practicesOur Core values are focus to inclusion and diversity, all qualified applicants will be considered for employment and will go thru a fair recruitment process regardless of their race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin or disability status.Your journey with us begins here!!
