Experteer Overview You will extend and evolve the Omron Software Platform within a multidisciplinary development team in Barcelona.You’ll help build Drives Configuration and Programming software for industrial automation, shaping product quality and performance.You work with cross-functional colleagues and own parts of the product development lifecycle.This role offers hands-on impact in a global, innovative software environment.Join to help deliver market-leading software solutions with passion.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Translate requirements into software specifications and features * Design, implement and review software functionality * Participate in code/design reviews and continuous improvement * Collaborate with stakeholders to improve product quality * Influence schedules, features, and designs * Identify bottlenecks and resolve bugs * Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness * Learn and apply new technologies relevant to Omron * Deliver best-in-market products with dedication Responsabilidades * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field * 5+ years of software engineering experience across the full SDLC * Strong C#, .NET, and desktop app development (WPF a plus) * Solid understanding of SOLID, clean architecture, scalable design * Experience with design patterns, maintainable code, code reviews, unit tests * Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and collaborative workflows * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and distributed systems * Experience with modern front-end tech, especially React * Strong problem-solving, ownership mindset, and communication * Desirable: Industrial automation knowledge or web/mobile development experience Requisitos principales *
