IT System Engineer Do you have a passion for IT and a drive to grow your expertise?NRF is looking for an IT System Engineer to strengthen our team.You’ll be responsible for resolving escalated incidents, analyzing technical issues, supporting our IT infrastructure and participating in IT projects.What You’ll Do Provide 2nd line support and resolve infrastructure-related incidents Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy) Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) Configure and monitor our resources Support IT projects, including migrations and upgrades Maintain documentation and enforce security and compliance standards What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Engineer in Microsoft environments Strong knowledge of Windows Server *******), Microsoft 365 and Azure Ability to automate repetitive IT tasks Solid understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, WiFi, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls) Familiarity with enterprise virtualization platforms, Linux servers, backup and security solutions.Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus Driving license Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O is a plus What We Offer Full-time role in a dynamic and successful organization Opportunities for growth and development Competitive salary and benefits Perks like gym discounts, flexible scheduling, and hybrid work options
