Senior Design Engineer - CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE - Permanent /W2/C2C

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer with strong CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE experience to support new product development. The engineer will focus on 3D CAD modeling, complex surfacing, solid modeling, assembly integration, engineering changes, and production drawings within a PLM-controlled environment., Develop and modify 3D CAD models using CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE. Create complex surface geometry using Generative Shape Design (GSD). Perform solid modeling, design modifications, and model optimization. Integrate components into assemblies and validate fit, function, and manufacturability. Implement ECR/ECO/ECN engineering changes and maintain design data. Create production drawings with GD&T and engineering documentation. Support design reviews and cross-functional engineering activities. Follow customer standards, design guidelines, and PLM processes. Provide CAD support throughout the product development lifecycle.

CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE Generative Shape Design (GSD) / Complex Surfacing Part Design & Solid Modeling Assembly Design Drafting & Engineering Drawings Product Structure Management GD&T and Design for Manufacturing Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN) PLM systems such as ENOVIA, Teamcenter, Windchill, or equivalent Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 6 8 years of relevant design engineering experience Desired Skills: Marine / Powersports / Automotive / Heavy Vehicle experience Class-A surfacing and complex geometry New product development experience Production-ready CAD model development Customer-facing engineering experience CATIA 3DX certification
