Back End Developer

Insight Global is looking for a Mid Level Back End Developer. The developers will join an Emerging Markets & Technologies team to support Private Credit, Digital Assets, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects.

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to support internal systems and external client integrations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Engineering to deliver technology solutions in Private Credit, Digital Assets, and AI.

• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of API services.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to propose and implement innovative solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

• Contribute to the architecture and infrastructure decisions impacting backend systems and API management.

3+ years of professional experience in a development role

Functional programming experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs

Experience with Claude code, Codex, other AI coding tools

Master’s in Computer Science (highly preferred)
