Technical Targeting Analyst

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience or combination of education/experience) in a relevant field Experience: Job-specific experience performing similar roles within the Federal Intelligence Community; required years of relevant experience varies depending on the role (for example, typically 3 years for Full Performance, 8 years for Senior, 12 years for Expert); job-specific experience includes:

• Experience with analytic targeting tools and techniques;
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, prioritize, problem solve, and synthesize large amounts of data/information;
• Experience working on several tasks concurrently with minimal supervision;

Desired

• Excellent communication and briefing skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences;
• Excellent writing and technical editing skills;
• Experience writing technical intelligence reports;
• Experience using programming languages, such as Python, C, BASH, Java.
