Job description

We are seeking a Senior Android / Full-Stack Software Engineer to develop and maintain customer-facing Android and multi-platform applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Kotlin/Java, React Native, backend integration, and computer vision/OCR/barcode experience. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin/Java and modern Android tools.
Build cross-platform applications using React Native and web technologies.
Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services.
Integrate OCR, barcode scanning, computer vision, camera APIs, and AI/vision SDKs.
Refactor applications into scalable, modular, and maintainable architectures.
Develop automated testing and performance/benchmarking solutions.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on Android development with Kotlin and/or Java.
Experience with React Native or other cross-platform mobile frameworks.
Experience integrating REST APIs/backend services with mobile applications.
Working knowledge of OCR, barcode scanning, computer vision, and Android Camera APIs.
Experience with Git, unit/integration testing, and CI/CD concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred

Experience with AI/ML SDKs, TensorFlow Lite, OpenCV, or Qualcomm AI technologies.
Experience with enterprise mobility, warehouse/logistics, scanning, or data-capture solutions.
Experience with Android performance optimization and on-device ML.
