We are looking for a Fullstack Java Developer to join a well-established IT consulting company with over 50 years of experience delivering tailored software solutions for enterprise clients.You will be part of a collaborative, remote-first environment where technical excellence, autonomy, and continuous learning are strongly encouraged.What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain fullstack applications (frontend + backend)Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)Collaborate within agile, cross-functional teamsDesign and implement tailored technical solutionsWork across both cloud and on-premise environmentsContribute to architecture and technical decision-makingWrite clean, scalable, and maintainable code.Required SkillsStrong experience with Java and Spring BootExperience with reactive programming (Spring WebFlux, Reactive Streams)Solid knowledge of event-driven architectures and KafkaHands-on experience integrating Kafka with Spring (Spring Cloud Stream)Strong database knowledge, especially PostgreSQL, and ORM tools (Hibernate)Experience with JDBC / R2DBC and reactive data processingFamiliarity with cloud-native technologies: Kubernetes, CI/CD, TerraformAbility to quickly adapt to new technologies and environmentsInterest in leveraging AI tools for software developmentStrong English communication skills (German is a plus).
