Job description

Senior Jaspersoft Report Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting solutions using Jaspersoft Studio/JasperReports. The candidate will have expertise in complex report development, distributed data platform integration, Java-based application development, and high-volume report generation. JasperReports supports enterprise reporting with multiple output formats including PDF, HTML, Excel, CSV, and XML., * Develop complex reports using Jaspersoft Studio, including advanced layouts, styling, subreports, crosstabs, and multi-page report designs.

Build high-volume reporting solutions leveraging virtualizers, pagination optimization, and memory management techniques.
Create parameter-driven and dynamic reports integrating with Kafka, S3, Trino, Snowflake, and other distributed data platforms.
Develop interactive HTML5 visualizations using Highcharts, D3.js, and custom JavaScript components.
Implement role-based access control, report security, and data governance standards.
Integrate JasperReports with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
Optimize SQL queries and report performance for large datasets.
Support testing, deployment, production support, and reporting enhancements.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with Jaspersoft Studio/JasperReports.
Strong experience in report design, subreports, crosstabs, and complex reporting frameworks.
Expertise in SQL development and performance tuning.
Experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST services, and microservices architecture.
Experience integrating reporting solutions with enterprise data and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of security, RBAC, and report distribution governance.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
