Job description
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a team of talented professionals. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Quality Assurance and Automated Testing, with a keen interest in software engineering and deployment. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.
Responsibilities:
As a QA Automation Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing automated testing processes and strategies for our software products.
- Utilizing QA tools and processes to ensure the highest quality product delivery.
- Working closely with the software engineering team to understand product specifications and develop appropriate test strategies.
- Identifying, recording, and tracking bugs and errors using systems like Jira, TestRail, and Zephyr.
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure consistent project execution and help implement design changes and new features.
- Integrating and maintaining the automation suite within the CI/CD pipeline for continuous deployment.
- Conducting thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Developing and maintaining documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for the QA Automation Engineer position should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in QA automation.
- Extensive experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium and Cypress.
- Proficiency in ERP and manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
- Solid understanding of coding languages and experience with software development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.

Benefits & conditions
Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 per year
