Job description

Requirements

  • Technical: Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, log analysis, and basic java / React
  • Diagnostic Tools: Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and monitoring platforms (e.g., AppDynamics).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and calm decision-making under pressure.
