Job description

  • transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly), * scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow, completing computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow).

Requirements

  • The computer refreshes will take place at each end user s desk, professional appearance and excellent customer service is expected.

Mandatory Skills: * Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro, and/or Apple iPhone deployment is a huge plus. -2 years

  • Experience transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly) -2 years
  • Experience imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM -2 years
  • Experience scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow -2 yeas
  • Experience with computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow) 2years

Desirable Skills: * Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro

  • Experience with Apple iPhone deployment
