  • You will dive in the world of our customers, understand their requirements and translate these into clear, actionable specifications for our development and engineering teams.
  • You will develop technical concepts and solutions - including precise system specifications - for one of Frequentis’ most forward-looking products.
  • You will examine technical solutions from all angles, taking safety and IT security aspects into account and ensuring that our solutions meet the highest safety-critical standards.
  • As the central technical contact person, you will maintain an overview, ensure complete documentation and lead your engineering team - you will provide guidance and support them in implementing our solutions.

Requirements

  • You have completed technical education with a focus on IT/telecommunications or have a comparable qualification and want to apply your knowledge in exciting projects.
  • Several years of professional experience in this field is an advantage and will help you get started even faster.
  • Linux and network technologies (Layer 2/3, UDP/TCP/Multicast) are your strengths- combined with a good basic understanding of modern IT infrastructure and COTS hardware. Ideally, data centre or cloud technologies are not foreign concepts to you, but tools with which you drive innovation.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy applying this in your work with international customers.
  • You are driven by enthusiasm for global projects - whether installations, rollouts or innovative system solutions on site and remotely. You work in a structured, team-oriented manner and always come across as confident and convincing.
  • With up to 20% international travel, you will deploy our high-tech solutions worldwide and bring innovation to life on a global scale.
