Software Tester

TikFinity builds tools that thousands of creators rely on to go live: overlays, alerts, chatbots across several SaaS products and a mobile app. When something breaks, a creator’s stream breaks with it. Your job is to make sure that doesn’t happen.

We work AI-first, and this role is built that way from day one. You use Anthropic’s Claude to build your test automations, speed up repetitive checks, and widen your coverage. We are hiring a human for a clear reason: we need someone who tests thoroughly and precisely, reports issues so a developer can act on them, and understands how software actually works. AI makes that person faster. It does not replace the judgment.

This is a mid-level role with real ownership. We won’t hand you a ready-made QA playbook. You have enough experience to set up your own process, decide what to test and how, and focus it where it matters most: new features, before they ship.

Duties

• Test new features across TikFinity’s web products and mobile app before release
• Build and maintain test automations using Anthropic’s Claude
• Set up and own the testing process end to end, from approach to tooling
• Run functional, exploratory, and regression testing across web and mobile
• Write clear, reproducible bug reports developers can act on without guesswork
• Catch issues before creators do, so LIVEs and setups keep working
• Work closely with the developers building the features

• Several years of hands-on software testing across web and, ideally, mobile
• Building test automations with Anthropic’s Claude. This is core to the role, not optional
• Able to set up your own QA process without a ready-made playbook
• Thorough and precise: you find the edge cases and document them so anyone can reproduce them
• A real understanding of how software works, beyond click-through testing
• Flexible across products and contexts, from a SaaS dashboard to a mobile app
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Based in Germany or Austria, or a comparable time zone

Great to have

• Experience with test automation frameworks
• Experience testing mobile apps on iOS and Android
• Familiarity with the creator, streaming, or TikTok LIVE space
• German language skills (part of the team works in German)

We work fully remote with flexible hours, on equal footing, in a diverse international team. You own testing across TikFinity’s products, set up how it runs, and have short paths to decisions. The salary is competitive; details below., Gross salary for this role ranges from €45,000 to €55,000 per year (full-time). For roles based in Austria, this is an all-in contract. Depending on country and type of employment, we are open to negotiate.
