SAP FI/CA

As a Senior SAP FI-CA Business Analyst, you bridge the gap between financial business operations (billing, invoicing, payment flows) and the SAP technical team. You translate strategic business goals into concrete SAP S/4HANA (FI-CA / BRIM) solutions, maintaining a holistic view of the financial subledger architecture and driving projects from blueprint to go-live., Impact & Analysis: Translate financial business needs (e.g., automated payments, payment clearings, returns handling) into high-level SAP requirements and perform impact analyses for SAP S/4HANA migrations. Architecture & Best Practices: Advise on the design of complex billing and invoicing processes while promoting standard SAP best practices. Project & Change Management: Lead business and functional analysis, write blueprints, coordinate testing phases (end-to-end billing & reconciliation with FI/CO), and train end-users. Expert Sparring Partner: Use your deep FI-CA expertise to act as the key point of contact for both business management and technical SAP architects/developers.

Experience: Master’s degree or equivalent with 10 to 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex, high-volume SAP environments (integration with FI/CO, SD, and SAP BRIM is a major plus). Expertise: In-depth knowledge of subledger accounting, billing, invoicing, and payment processes within SAP FI-CA. Skills: Highly analytical, conceptual thinker, pragmatic, and proactive. Excellent communication skills to align both business and IT stakeholders. Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good command of English.
