Software Engineer Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Senior

For our client, active in the insurace sector, we’re looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join their team in Brussels., Technical Leadership: Act as the lead technical reference, guiding the squad on best practices for solution design and development. Custom Development: Build robust extensions using C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Platform, and Dataverse. Advanced Implementations: Develop plugins, custom APIs, PCF controls, and client-side extensions. Integration Architecture: Design and implement connections with external systems (ERP, Document Management) using REST/SOAP, Azure Functions, and messaging patterns. Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and platform limitations. Quality Assurance: Lead code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and ensure enterprise-grade coding standards. Collaboration: Work alongside Architects and DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). Mentorship: Support the growth of junior developers and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Dynamics 365 & Dataverse: 5+ years of deep expertise in D365 CE (Sales, Service, or custom model-driven apps) and Dataverse architecture (Security models, Solution layering, etc.). Backend & Frontend: Strong proficiency in C# (.NET) for server-side logic and JavaScript/TypeScript for client-side work. Power Platform: Advanced knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Integrations: Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and OAuth/Azure AD authentication models. DevOps: Familiarity with Azure DevOps, branching strategies, and automated deployment pipelines. The Profile We’re Looking For Mindset: You take complete ownership of your work, stay proactive about identifying technical debt, and are comfortable navigating complex corporate governance. Methodology: Experience in Agile/SAFe environments is a major plus. Certifications: Ideally, you hold Microsoft Certifications (Power Platform Developer Associate or D365 CE Developer). Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
