IAM Manager

We are looking for a Senior IAM Business Model Manager to join a large-scale Access Management environment within a major international financial institution. The Access Management function is responsible for defining and governing how user access permissions are managed globally, with the objective of reducing security risks while ensuring efficient and compliant access control across the organization. The role sits within a security-focused department managing logical access governance, security architecture implementation, and identity lifecycle processes., Take ownership of the Business Modelling (BM) process and continuously improve it Translate business requirements into IAM security models, frameworks, and policies Ensure correct implementation of security models in alignment with internal policies and standards Validate and support the implementation of IAM services for internal stakeholders (SLA and process compliance) Support Business Security Offices in Business Modelling activities Provide guidance on IAM architecture and adapt it based on business, compliance, and operational needs Contribute to continuous improvement of access management processes and frameworks Deliver training, guidance, and support to security and IAM stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IAM efficiency and governance quality No direct people management responsibilities.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong experience in security environments (IAM, access management, segregation of duties, RBAC) Experience working in cross-functional IT and business teams Experience in writing and translating business requirements Technical Skills IAM concepts: Identity & Access Management, Role-Based Access Control, Segregation of Duties Knowledge of Information Security standards and frameworks Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL Languages English: fluent (written and spoken) French or Dutch: fluent in one, basic knowledge of the other Soft Skills Proactive and quick self-starter Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication and influencing abilities Structured, organized, and result-oriented Able to work autonomously and in a team Comfortable in a dynamic, multicultural environment
