Azure Cloud Engineer

As a Cloud Engineer, you will work within the Azure ecosystem and be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable and secure cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with development teams and act as the bridge between software delivery and reliable infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain Azure cloud blueprints, including governance, security, and compliance Implement best practices for scalability, high availability, and cost optimization Build and enhance cloud infrastructure components Evaluate and integrate new Azure services in line with the cloud strategy Translate architectural decisions into concrete technical implementations Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) Troubleshoot complex technical issues Document architecture and technical guidelines Stay up to date with Azure developments and emerging technologies

Minimum 5 years of experience within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem Strong experience with: Azure infrastructure and services Governance, security, and cloud architecture CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Excellent knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Experience with PAI (Platform-as-Infrastructure) is an absolute must Experience with Azure API Management (APIM) is mandatory Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Strong affinity with development teams and software delivery environments Hands-on mindset with a focus on building, testing, and continuous improvement Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Proactive attitude with the ability to suggest and drive improvements Strong communication skills towards stakeholders and team members
