Golang platform Engineer

• Design, develop, automate, and operate Kubernetes-based platform services.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient container platforms.
• Develop platform services and automation using Golang.
• Work with Kubernetes, container technologies, cloud-native architectures, and Linux.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, and automation solutions.
• Improve developer experience and platform reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, architecture, risk, and operations teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across platform services., * Design and implement scalable and resilient Kubernetes platform solutions.
• Develop efficient automation and platform services using Golang.
• Troubleshoot complex Kubernetes, container, Linux, and networking issues.
• Implement secure and reliable cloud-native solutions.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using IaC, CI/CD, and GitOps practices.
• Monitor and improve platform performance, reliability, and observability.
• Translate complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments.
• Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of container technologies and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Linux, networking, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, and automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with OpenShift or other enterprise container platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd is preferred.
• Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux is preferred.
• Kubernetes certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or CKS are preferred.
