Senior Security Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will strengthen Auctane’s global security program by leading cybersecurity initiatives across enterprise and cloud infrastructure, reporting to the CISO.You will define and evolve technology and processes for secure engineering and operations, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.You’ll tackle incident response, vulnerability management, and threat monitoring at scale in a fast-moving environment.The role offers impact across a broad tech stack and a mission-driven, autonomous, collaboration-focused culture.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Review and enhance security playbooks and pursue automation opportunities in detection and response - Coordinate with Engineering on incident response, vulnerability management and remediation - Provide technical expertise during security incidents using leading security tools and ongoing training - Implement cloud-native security tooling (AWS, GCP) to monitor threats in public cloud environments - Lead security reviews, vulnerability risk assessments, and audits using Wiz and CrowdStrike tools - Foster Security by Design across Engineering and the wider business - Participate in internal incident processes, investigate attacks, perform post-mortems and implement preventive measures - Stay current with emerging threats and threats, contributing to the security incident response process - Continuously learn about Security Orchestration and Automation to improve capabilitiesResponsabilidades - Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field - 7+ years in cybersecurity - 3-5 years leading large-scale cybersecurity implementations - Experience defining and leading multiple cybersecurity programs for large organizations - Advanced expertise in one or two security domains related to Enterprise and Cloud infrastructures - Experience leading projects with roadmaps and stakeholder communication to senior management - Experience leading engineers and collaborating with external teams - Ability to manage demanding timelines and deliver high quality results - Industry certifications (e.G., CISSP, CISM, CRISC, AWS Security, GCP Security)Requisitos principales - Private health insurance (via Cigna) - 26 days holiday per year - Annual salary review - Training budget up to **/year - Flexible salary benefits via Cobee - Wellbeing and wellness programs (Wellhub, therapy vouchers)
